BHF Early Childhood Campus is aligned with Oregon’s Early Childhood Comprehensive Plan, The Building Healthy Families’ Early Childhood Campus is focused on the following essential elements of positive early childhood development:

Early Childcare and Education:

Learning Center (6 months-4years),  Healthy Start (screening at birth), ASQ Screenings, the Literacy Link Program, and the “Well Baby” bag program, provides services and support that promote learning, school readiness and social competence.  Safe, developmentally appropriate and nurturing, early education and care address cognitive, social, emotional and physical development.
